    General NewsI would like to know what your standing is in relation to individual home owners groups governed by a board which has a governance group who seem to be able to make arbitrary rulings related to what a home owner can or cannot do on his property. Do you know of any group( with legal powers) that can mediate a dispute between above named groups?

    Many of us receive those awful letters in the mail from the management company that tell us we did something wrong. This is often not a pleasant experience, but it doesn't need to ruin your whole day.

    General NewsThe bidding process is going very well thanks to the board members and all the new construction committee. We are sure getting real close to the final product. So please get prepared to make that final vote. The final bids are finally starting to shape up.     • You can help keep your section safe by you and your neighbors watching out for one another and by reporting all suspicious activity.

    • Join Neighborhood Watch You are the eyes and ears of your community, so please report any landscaping problems, graffiti or vandalism, etc., to the management company.

    To report violations, they must be in writing and either foxed, e-mailed or mailed to Haven Management.
