I would like to know what your standing is in relation to individual home owners groups governed by a board which has a governance group who seem to be able to make arbitrary rulings related to what a home owner can or cannot do on his property. Do you know of any group( with legal powers) that can mediate a dispute between above named groups?

I just received a violation letter. What should I do?
Many of us receive those awful letters in the mail from the management company that tell us we did something wrong. This is often not a pleasant experience, but it doesn't need to ruin your whole day.

The first phase of this project has been completed and we now have a better understanding as to the degree of repairs needed. Based on this information, we were able to obtain additional bids from local contractors regarding this project.
